Get in touch We are building a scalable new way to make protein for a growing population, without raising and slaughtering animals.
Our vision
Three ideas. One conviction.
Food should give people more freedom to choose what feels right for their health, their values and the world around them.

Why it matters
As the population grows, so does the demand for nutritious, enjoyable food. We see an opportunity to develop new options alongside existing foods and gradually expand the choices available to people.
A different production path
Mewery starts with animal cells and combines them with microalgae in a controlled cultivation system. Together, they create a new way to produce familiar, nutritious protein without raising and slaughtering animals.

The co-cultivation bioprocess
Mewery's platform develops the animal and microalgae components, then combines them into co-cultivated OMNIA biomass for food applications.

OMNIA / food biomass platform
OMNIA is designed as a versatile base for food development—not as a single finished consumer product. OMNIA Pork is the first species-specific expression of the platform.
